We know you have many choices when choosing a podiatrist, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments canceled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
Insurance and Billing
Our practice is committed to providing the best treatment for our patients and we charge what is usual and customary for our area. We will submit all insurance claims on the patients' behalf and accept assignment with the carriers that we participate with. Accurate insurance information must be given at the time of service; otherwise we cannot bill your insurance carrier. You are responsible to know your benefits; including co-pays, deductibles, and non-covered services.
Payment is due at the time of service for all co-pays, deductibles, and non-covered services.
